Our terms for car rental from Malaga, Gibraltar and Duquesa
General terms
- Malaga car hire and Gibraltar car rental must be paid with credit card. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
- The driver has to be 21 years minimum and must hold a driving license for one year.
- Hire cars are not allowed to be driven outside Andalucia. Exception Gibraltar where they are allowed. General conditions on contract will apply.
- Please keep the time stated for return of car.
- When making the booking a 2 hour grace period is granted on return of car. If more an extra day is charged.
The Costa del Sol, Malaga and Gibraltar car rental rates includes
- Full insurance - NO EXCESS AND NO EXTRA DAILY EXCESS REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT TO PAY.
- Unlimited mileage within the autonomos region of Andalucia
- 16% VAT.
- 24 Hours road assistance service.
- Babyseat or boosterseat.
- 1 Extra driver.
- 24 Hours FREE airport service Malaga and Gibraltar (prebooked cars only).
- One way car rental if longer than 7 days. (Ex. Pick up Duquesa drop off Gibraltar)
The Costa del Sol, Malaga and Gibraltar car rental price does not include:
- Fuel. (Return the car with the same amount of fuel as when picked up)
- One way, 30€ per rental, if rental is less than 7 days.
- Traffic fines, tow trucks if hire car is parked bad or similar, damages to glass, tyres, underbody, clutch (due to misuse), lost or broken keys, error of fuel and costs involved.
